This morning, I experienced an inconvenience, I had a flat tire on my trailer. I checked for nearby truck shops and came across this gem. I called and inquired about the pricing for a tire change, and it was very affordable so I decided to go in. When I arrived at the shop, I realized that my tire didn't match my spare one that I had, so they kindly offered one of their own. It turned out to be a high-quality tire with plenty of tread remaining. Initially, I was anxious about the price, but I realized that I had no alternative but to change the tire.

I spoke to Alex about the pricing of the tire and the service to change it, instead of overcharging me and taking advantage of the situation, Alex this person that I’ve never met in my life, went above and beyond to help me. Despite not knowing me he decided to help me and provided me with the tire at a very affordable price .

If I encounter Alex again, which I undoubtedly will since I plan to bring my truck to his shop for future services, I won't hesitate to pay whatever price he quotes. Because on this day he was more than fair to me and to help me out. Thank you Mr. Aleksei for the wonderful service you’ve provided me .
